Long Island Podiatrist serving Massapequa and all of Nassau County

Welcome to Massapequa Podiatry Associates! If you’re a new patient looking for a great podiatrrist in Nassau County, you’ve found it here.

Although we strive to make every visit as comfortable, friendly, and inviting as possible, we understand that visits to the doctor—particularly your first appointment with a new specialist—can be a little intimidating, maybe even scary. That’s one reason why we want to help you be as prepared as possible for your visit.

Other good reasons to be prepared? How about minimizing unnecessary stress and paperwork, giving you as much time as possible with the doctor, and giving our doctors (Dr. Corey Fox and Dr. Justin LoBello) the information needed to provide the best possible care. Hopefully it’ll help relieve some of your anxiety, too!

First, we do provide the following forms to all our new patients. By printing and filling these out ahead of time prior to your appointment, you can save time and have a more relaxed start to your visit.

Second, many patients find it helpful to write out a list of their symptoms, concerns, and questions and take that list with them. In the moment, it’s easy to forget a few details or miss asking a question that you wanted an answer to. We don’t want you to be shy—feel free to take notes, ask for clarification if you do not understand an answer, or even take a friend or family member along to help you. We’re not annoyed; on the contrary, we love it when our patients ask questions and provide feedback! Making sure we understand you, and you understand us, helps us give you the best possible care for your issues.

On our end, we pledge to listen carefully, treat your concerns seriously, earn your trust and respect, deliver service with skill and compassion, exceed your expectations, and strive to improve at all levels each and every day.

Once again, we’re glad you found us, and we’d love the opportunity to serve you! To schedule an appointment with Dr. Corey Fox or Dr. Justin LoBello, please give us a call today at 516-541-9000. New and current patients can also request a time online.

My brother is getting ready to visit a podiatry and wants to make sure he is prepared for when he goes in. I like that you suggest making a list of symptoms and questions to bring up with the doctor beforehand. This sounds like a great way to make sure you don't forget to bring up anything important and possibly save you from having to go back for another visit. I'll have to tell my brother to try this out. Thanks for the help! http://hoyalpodiatry.com

My brother is a cross-country runner and has been thinking about visiting a podiatrist, but isn't sure where to start. I like that you mention how some patients find it useful to make a list of their symptoms before visiting. This sounds like a great way to speed up the process and help narrow down what might be causing the problems. Thanks for sharing! http://www.podiatrymackay.com/
