Traditional wart removal methods use a peeling medication (such as salicylic acid) and/or cryotherapy via the application of a super-cooled fluid (often liquid nitrogen), to kill and remove top layers of skin, generally over the course of 2-3 appointments. While these remain time-tested, generally safe procedures, new innovations in wart treatment offer better more consistent results.
